Hey all! Well I wanted to share a little bit about me and my life so you know who’s behind all this fun stuff! My name is Eric and I am a 31 year old male living in Canada’s Capital! I’m happily married with two wonderfully amazing kids!

My wife and I both work hard to try and provide as much as we can for our little family and a goal we both have in life is to try and pay off our house as quickly as possible, so that we can have a little more lucrative income to provide a future for our children. Isn’t that everyone’s dream? Well why not live the dream! As we all know, life is short and we would love to have the opportunity to spend more of that precious time with our children and family and so if this site gets off the ground the way I hope, we will be able to have that time.

This concept came to me shortly after the Million Dollar Homepage phenomenon.
Let me start by asking why would anyone want to pay for my house? Since this site will remain on the web for a long time to come, investing into our site and home will provide you with the ability to reach millions of users and it will drive large traffic to your site, helping you succeed with your company and dreams as well.

I’ve often asked myself, what if I could find a way to help people have their mortgages paid off quicker. Most “financial help” website will try and provide you with strategies on how to clear your debt, increase your savings, how to cut on utility bills, by providing you with unachievable concepts such as working two jobs, or paying your mortgage bi-weekly. These strategies are not feasible for the average person and you end up exhausting yourself and depriving your family of time. I would like to say, and tend to think that most of you agree, that health is wayyyy more important than working extra hours or running yourself into the ground!

Trying to design a concept that would change our lives is not easy. There are a lot of ideas out there that really work! Prime example, Million Dollar Homepage. I started to draft some ideas on paper; I came up with a few concepts, but the one that has stuck with me is this – pay some advertising space so that I can pay off my mortgage! I also had the idea of helping others have their mortgage paid off, sort of a pay it forward kind of concept – once my house has been complete, I plan on helping the next person who wishes to do a similar concept with building their site so that they can pay off their mortgage as well.

I wanted to advertise my house, kinda like the Nascar, and the Internet seem like the only place to show it. MillionDollarHomepage already had the idea like I wanted to do, so I try to something similar without copying too much. My approach is to post my house online and fill it with advertisement and sell advertising space. I intend to create games, or maybe sell t-shirts or books at the end of all this, but we will take it one step at a time.

On the homepage you see the shape of our home, once all 500,000 pix-bloc will be sold, the 2 doors will be open for touring the inside of the house, by saying thank you. Even better, if I succeed, this site will eventually be updated to help increase the traffic even further by introducing games like puzzle finder with the pix-bloc ads, trivia games (individuals will be required to visit your website to answer questions found on the trivia), slot machines matching the pix-bloc ads, video sponsoring. We have bright ideas for the future of our website but we cannot do it without your support. If you have any suggestion, you are welcome to email us and share your ideas.
